Working directly with the managing broker has its perks!

What you may not know is that real estate "agents" work for a broker and the listing agreement or buyer's brokerage agreement is actually an agreement between you, the client, and the agent's broker/company.  It has been my experience that the client intends to work with the agent that they like due to the direct relationship that they have with that particular agent and not with the managing broker. When you decide to work with me, you receive the benefit of my real estate sales experience as well as my experience as a real estate broker and brokerage owner.
